The two guys working the counter didn't acknowledge me at all while i was there, and I was the only one in the store. One was on the phone and the other wasn't doing anything. The shop itself was very nice but customer service was really lacking...

I finished a great weekend with these guys at the end of March 2017. Flows are the river were incredibly high, making wade fishing difficult. But guides Brandon and John put us on a lot of fun fish all day long. The guys in the shop gave us some tips that made fishing on our own the second day a lot of fun also. The cabins were cozy, provided everything we needed, and were a great deal compared to other lodging in the area. Highly recommend Trout Creek Flies over the other guide services on the Green.
Great folks with the all the services you need for an exceptional fishing experience on the Green. The motel in back is utilitarian but very clean and roomy. The cabins are very spacious and nicely furnished with a fishing and outdoor motif. They also have a quaint porch to watch the sunset or sunrise and sufficient parking for you and your boat. The fly shop is well stocked and the staff are professional and helpful. They offer shuttle services to Little Hole and Browns Park (or other) that are reasonably priced. The store provides all the basics, and the new restaurant has some of the best grill food ever (the prime rib sandwich and fries were killer after a day on the river). If your main goal is fishing or just lounging in a cozy cabin, you can't beat Trout Creek Flies -- everything you need in one convenient, friendly, and clean location.
